So leading a healthy lifestyle and fitting in exercise alongside working full time and working unsociable hours really does feel like a full time job!
Then throw in being poorly. I’ve been really run down lately, absolutely full of cold, had an infection and I have a mouth full of ulcers! I am the pinnacle of sexy! Ulcers are a common problem for me, as soon as I’m stressed or slightly run down they start to appear, however I don’t just get one or two, I get a minimum of 8 at a time, and beasts!
The downside of this is that I don’t fancy eating much, I’m off my food and my mouth hurts. Which in turn gives me less energy so exercise becomes a more and more distant memory.
Instead of forcing myself, I’ve just accepted it. I turned to an alternative method to make sure I was still getting some goodness. My trustee NutriBullet!

As we all know, fruit isn’t the cheapest to buy especially when you want to make lots of juices and smoothies! Head down to the freezer aisle! You can get tubs of frozen fruit for between £1-£3. It also makes your drink lovely and cold without having to top it up with ice cubes!!!
Hopefully as I start to feel better I can starting having proper meals again but for now a few of these beauties each day is keeping me going and topping up my immune system!!
